Both cars have some common advanced features as well like adaptive cruise control and automatic emergency braking.

Price and Value-

Maybach is way more expensive with a value of 2.69 crore, while S Class is valued at 1.71 crore.

The significant difference between both the cars is because Maybach is designed for a very specific type of customer, who value luxury, comfort and exclusivity above anything.
